Sorawich focuses on litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has represented clients in various dispute mediation cases and has worked closely with government agencies.
Sorawich has extensive experience in legal consulting and litigation across a wide range of areas, including both civil and criminal matters. He regularly handles real estate disputes, asset recovery, family law, tort, breach of contract, hire-purchase, and loan-related matters involving property seizures and execution of judgement proceedings.
For criminal matters, he has experience in defamation, fraud, document-related offences, cases concerning false accusations and perjury.
Sorawich holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Thammasat University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
- Assisted the client on a civil lawsuit / asset recovery (Land) regarding revocation of juristic act in the amount of approximately US$100,000.
- Assisted the clients on a civil lawsuit / servitude claim on the land of a legal entity that has been bankrupt for over 15 years.
- Assisted the client on a civil lawsuit / tort claims from an insurance company regarding cost of uselessness and depreciation.
- Assisted the client on a criminal lawsuit / offence of cheque in the amount of approximately US$57,000.
